.'Hypothesis.2 (The Mind)

The heart is the physical description of what the mind {soul; duplicated spirit) is to us. Whenever the heart stops functioning, the body is at death risk.

The Mind {another word for spirit), is reasoning faculty/IDE of the spirit, expressed via the body/other means of expression. An idle hand is not the devil's workshop, but, an idle mind; neglects/refuses to reason. As one thinks, so they're, Paul prayed to be delivered from unreasonable people. And, the Sabbath was given for thinking, not just for rest alone.

Because, He is the giver of the law, and He honors His words (expressions, i.e. every valid means of communication and not only vocals) above His name (Yahweh Christ/Christians).
